The meeting of entrepreneurs will celebrate its tenth anniversary on July 4 and 5 at the Palacio de Congresos de Granada.
Current president of Redeia, lecturer at Nebrija University and IE University, mentor of the Endeavor Foundation in support of high-impact entrepreneurship and former Minister of Housing in the government of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, among many other things. Beatriz Corredor Sierra will be on July 4 and 5 at the celebration of the tenth edition of Alhambra Venture.
The speaker will tell everything she has learned throughout her career at the most important entrepreneurship and innovation event in southern Spain. It should be noted that Corredor is part of the Top 100 Women Leaders in Spain, in the Senior Management category. Throughout her career, she has emphasized the absence of women in high-level positions in companies, including those in the energy sector in the Ibex 35 stock index. It is important to note that the company he chairs was the first in the Ibex to achieve a board of directors with equal gender representation, and currently boasts an executive committee and senior management with equal representation.
Within the framework of Alhambra Venture, Corredor will arrive at the Palacio de Congresos de Granada with the objective of getting to know first-hand all the finalist projects and the innovative solutions they propose. Their presence at this event is also an opportunity to inspire and support entrepreneurs and project promoters who seek to make a difference in the world of business and technology, but also an opportunity for networking.
With more than 25 years of experience as a property registrar, Corredor sits on the advisory board of organizations such as WAS-Women Action Sustainability and WLW-Women in a Legal World, which promote sustainability and the role of women and female talent.
This new confirmation of Corredor is added to that of Jaime de Mora, general manager of Microsoft for Startups in Western Europe, who will speak in his presentation on the strategic implementation of the company and where he will address Artificial Intelligence as a vital tool for the future. De Mora, will give the keys to the most cutting-edge technology that is yet to come, claiming the need to support startups in the early stages of growth.
This tenth edition will bring together entrepreneurs and investors, in addition to the 30 startups that will participate as finalists from among the more than 100 projects presented and the startups awarded in the previous edition, which will conduct a repitch.
This year’s finalists come from eleven different provinces, although most are Andalusian and from sectors as diverse as agrotech, hospitality, fintech, health, logistics, construction, telecommunications, mobility, eCommerce or artificial intelligence. As a novelty, in this edition the organization has created a specific vertical dedicated to a sector as important as health and healthcare, in which there are 6 selected from more than thirty projects.
While the date arrives, July 4 and 5, the finalists participate in the Academy, a mentoring program for entrepreneurs that helps them prepare for participation in the event through mentoring involving investors and professionals in the most strategic areas.
